By using BluntHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

BluntHQ provides anonymous employee feedback surveys. We enable anonymous eNPS and pulse surveys with configurable question tone.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may only belong to one organization at a time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and ethically
• Not attempt to de-anonymize survey responses
• Not use the Service to harass or discriminate
• Respect the anonymous nature of responses

Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by BluntHQ and protected by intellectual property laws. Survey data belongs to you.

Limitation of Liability

BluntHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BluntHQ from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
