Overview

BluntHQ is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data and cannot identify survey respondents.

Information We Collect

From Account Holders

Email address (via Clerk authentication)
Organization name and slug
Payment information (processed by Polar, not stored by us)

From Survey Respondents

Survey responses (anonymous, tied to no identifiers)
Anonymous token hash for deduplication only
No email, IP address, or browser fingerprint

How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Service
To process payments
To ensure one response per device via anonymous hashing

Data Anonymity

By design, survey responses cannot be traced to individuals. We use client-side hashing for deduplication that works even with VPNs, but we cannot reverse the hash to identify users.

Even administrators cannot see who submitted which response.

Data Retention

Survey data is retained until you delete it. You can export and delete surveys at any time.

Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through the Service. Account holders have full control over survey data.
